Refunds/Returns

All the items listed in my shop are handmade. As with all handmade items, there may be small imperfections. However, there should not be any large imperfections present on any items. I take pride in all my work, no matter how small or large the order! 

If there is a issue with your item, you will be responsible for reaching out to AJ and Rae Designs within 24 hours after receiving the item; please send any pictures of item, and upon receipt and inspection of the item, a email will be sent out to follow up with resolutions to your order. AJ and Rae Designs will do everything we can to resolve any issues and make the order correct. 

Exchanges

AJ and Rae Designs does not accept exchanges.

Ready to Ship Tumblers (RTS)

When you purchase a ready to ship tumbler, these are already completed and will be shipped out within 4 business days after purchase. If you would like any extra personalization, you can add that to your cart for a small fee. Please let me know in the notes at checkout, the exact spelling and personalization you would like. Please double check spelling or dates, as I will put exactly what is written. I am not responsible for any mistakes on your end. If you add personalization, item or items will be shipped out within 7 business days from the time of purchase.
